Capabilities
- Linear algebra: vector dot/norm, matrix multiply, matrix-vector multiply, determinant, linear solve with partial pivoting.
- Statistics: mean, variance, standard deviation, covariance, correlation, linear regression.
- Numerical methods: central derivative, trapezoid and Simpson integration, bisection, Newton, scalar RK4.
- Signal processing: convolution, moving average, DFT, dominant frequency.
- CSV summaries: numeric-column mean/stddev/min/max.
The module exports _G.ScientificComputing, scientific_computing_status(), scientific_computing_selftest(), and scientific_computing_report() for other Lua scripts.
